We think teenages would mostly use:
- My relationships - If your are having a tough time with your friends/partners.
- My family - If you dont have good relationship with your parents or siblings.
- My wellbeing - If you aren't comfortable with who you are or are strugging with depression.
- Stuff at school - If you are suffering from bullying or exam and study stress
- Looking after me - If you drink alcohol, take drugs or you are being bullyied in any sort of way.
